Kyle Haren, RHU

Kyle Haren is an employee benefits broker and President of Haren Insurance. He has been licensed to sell health insurance since 1993 and received his Registered Health Underwriter designation from the American College in 2004. With nearly 30 years of insurance experience, Kyle is an expert in employer group insurance and a Past President of the Chattanooga Association of Health Underwriters.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a degree in Marketing. While a student at UT he lettered in football and played special teams for the Volunteers. Kyle enjoys golf and is an alumnus of The McCallie School in Chattanooga.

Alex Ratliff

Alex Ratliff is an employee benefits broker and Vice President at Haren Insurance Inc. He has worked in the insurance industry since 2014 and joined our firm in 2019. Alex specializes in helping businesses offer competitive benefits packages while controlling costs.
He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2013 with a degree in Business Management. While he was at UTC, Alex was a four-year letterman for the Men’s Golf team. During his tenure, the Mocs won two Socon championships and he was selected to the Dean’s List all 8 semesters.
During his free time, Alex still enjoys playing golf, spending time with his family, and mentoring his Little Brother from the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.

Andrew Godsey

Andrew Godsey joined Haren Insurance in 2024 as an employee benefits broker. Born and raised in Chattanooga, he graduated from Covenant College with a degree in Business in 2019, all while playing baseball. With his Human Resources and benefits administration background, Andrew is keenly aware of the struggles employers face when it comes to their benefits package.
Andrew enjoys working out, playing golf, spending time with friends and family, and serving in his local church.

Kendell Faulkner

Kendell Faulkner has been with Haren Insurance since 2018 as an account manager. She graduated from Chattanooga State in May of 2020 with a degree in Business Management.
Born and raised in Ooltewah, Kendell is a lover of all animals, especially her two dogs – Lola and Sadie. In her free time, she enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, and shopping in a well-stocked clearance section. As an avid reader, she loves mystery novels and history books.
Kendell is a team player, extremely eager and always working to assist the Haren Insurance team and its clients in any way possible.

Tori Baggett

Tori recently joined Haren Insurance as Account and Marketing Manager, where she combines her passion for exceptional customer service with creative marketing initiatives. Tori is a 2025 cum laude graduate of Covenant College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She is excited to put her marketing degree to work in a dynamic role that spans both client relations and strategic marketing.
Outside of work, she enjoys coordinating weddings (day of) on the side and exploring Chattanooga with her husband! They love taking advantage of local Chattanooga events and exploring the scenic views, restaurants, coffee shops, and events that the city has to offer.
